Ingredients

Almond Butter (Barneys Butter mixes the best, Justines a good second)
0.66 Cup
Chia Seeds (Try to find White)
3 Tablespoons
Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon
Gluten Free Oats
1 Cup
Hemp Seeds or Hemp Hearts
3 Tablespoons
Optional Mix-In's can include dried cherries, chopped pumpkin seets or mini chocolate chips
0.33 Cup
Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate)
¼ Cup
Raw Cacao Powder
2 Tablespoons
Raw Honey
2 Tablespoons
Sea Salt
¼ Teaspoon
Vanilla
2 Teaspoons

Steps

1

In a large bowl, combine Oats, Chia, Hemp Seeds, Cacao Powder, Portein Powder, Cinnamon adn Sea Salt. Add in Almond Butter, Honey, Vanilla, and optional Mix-Ins if using. Mix until just combined.

Scoop 1 Tablespoon of mixture (I use a cookie scoop for this) and roll between hands into a ball. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat until all the mixture is used. Depending on the size, this should make anywhere between 20 - 32 balls. I ususally get 28 - 32 per batch.

Place cookie sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set. Once chilled, store in an airtight container in the frefigerator for up to 2 weeks.
